What are the requirements in opening an account?
The following are the only requirements needed to open an account with us.

- at least one account with any of our accepted payment systems,

Am I required to fill up all the payment information fields in the registration page?
No. You are not required to do that. You can opt to enter your payout details at a later date, but be sure to do it before you request your first withdrawal.
How long do I have to wait for my withdrawal request to be processed?

Are deposits instantaneously added and activated to my deposits list?
Majority of our accepted payment methods support instant deposit features. Bitcoin on the other hand offers automatic deposit activation but will require at least a couple confirmations from the Bitcoin network before a specific transfer becomes an active deposit.

You can withdraw as low as $0.01.
Are withdrawals processed instantly?
Unfortunately, we do not use an automatic payment system when it comes to the withdrawals. We will manually process withdrawals in batches or individually depending on the need.
Can I withdraw to a different currency than my balance?
No, that is not possible.
Do I need an active deposit before earning commission?
No, you do not need to have an active deposit before your referral makes a deposit.
How can I edit my account details?
You are not allowed to edit your account details by yourself. Editing is not possible to do without the assistance of any of our staff. However, entering your payout details for the first time is possible. Once you have entered your details, you will not be able to edit it. So please, make sure that you have entered the correct payment account details in your profile with us.
Can I sign up with multiple accounts?
Creating multiple accounts for a single person is not allowed. Since we use IP addresses to identify multiple account holders, we will always contact the persons involved in this, if they are doing this said action. It does not necessarily mean that you are violating our terms and conditions if you are found to have multiple accounts signed up using your IP address, because we understand that not everyone uses dedicated IP addresses. We will always contact you whenever we have questions about your account or accounts with us.

Acquiring an EV SSL or Extended Validation SSL Certificate from COMODO is not an easy task, especially for those with malicious intent. An EV SSL requires identify and location validation via phone calls and verification of addresses directly done and completed by COMODO. Our certificate subscription guarantees an identify assurance of up to $1,750,000.
Can I refer my friends and family?
Yes! Nothing should stop you from referring your friends and family to us. For as long as you are not going to violate our terms and conditions, then feel free to sign them up. We will use and exercise our common sense when dealing with everything on our website.
